Charles was amazing! A cabinet company broke my dishwasher and he came out for the service call. He was kind, respectful, professional and knowledgeable. It was refreshing after dealing with Cabinet painting company. He’s great and I would hire him anyday!!!

We use Home-Tech for our condo and ordered a new Trane thermostat and the installer came in and explained the installation from start to finish. He had such knowledge about the installation and worked with us to set it up on our IPhone and made sure it was registering properly before he left. I can’t say enough about your employees and highly recommend your company and the excellent services you provide. Your service tech is worth his weight in gold, hard to find such loyal and knowledgeable employees make sure you keep this one he is invaluable as a representative of your company.
