The best customer experience I ever had!!! The roofing manager, Matt Simmons was super friendly, respectful, very responsive to all my calls with questions and concerns and most importantly honest in assessing the actual damage to my roof. The inspection was done within days of my call and the work itself started within a couple of weeks and finished within one day. The cleanup was also tremendous! Overall Klein Roofing went above and beyond in every aspect of their operation! They far exceeded any and every expectation I could have possibly had and saved me thousands of dollars!!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone with roofing problems.

Jordan from Klein Roofing was great getting my roof replaced after Hurricane Ian. He had an estimate done quickly, came by after hours so I could get it signed, gave me an accurate timeline and kept me up to date every step of the way. The work was done on time and with no surprises. The workers cleaned up everything and the new roof looks perfect. I was skeptical at first about Klein because the reviews were all so uniformly positive but now I see why. Jordan was even able to help a couple of my neighbors who were having trouble getting other contractors to call them back.
