When I got over the shock of the high installation price, I appreciated the depth of knowledge and understanding of the process of my technician/sales rep. He was informed and experienced. His “door side” manner was much appreciated.
The work and follow up were amazing, Greg and Chris has my new water heater in the same day as I called. They were both and the project was thorough and professionally done. I would endorse with more than 5 stars if that was a choice!
Nick and Lucas worked on the drain from my building to the street which had become clogged with roots. They gave wonderful advice and made it easy to understand what was going on. Professional, capable and knowledgeable. I would be thrilled to have them work on my house in the future should the need arise.
