I recently had an AC installation done by Unique Services, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service and value provided. The Comfort Care Provider arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He took the time to explain the installation process and answered all my questions. The installation itself was done quickly and efficiently and the technicians made sure to clean up any mess before leaving. The AC unit is now working perfectly and has made a huge difference in the comfort of my home. In terms of value, I feel that I got a fair price for the quality of service provided. The entire team was upfront about the cost and there were no hidden fees are surprises. Overall, I would highly recommend Unique Services for anyone in need of a new AC unit. My AC quit. It is nine years old and under warranty for parts. Service guy was a con man. Said unit was burned up. $2,440 to fix. I called another company. Replaced the capacitor for $200. Avoid Unique Services. They can’t be trusted. Service: HVAC system repair
Jose Romero Ayala showed up promptly on July 5 soon after Jimmy gave us the estimate. Jose encountered some obstacles but he quickly solved the problems and finished the project before I thought he had even started really. That young man has a bright future!
