Great service, I’m very happy with them. We had a new AC and furnace installed back in October, everything was great until today, it shut off unexpectedly. Josh called me back immediately as it was after not mail hours, and he walked me through it over the phone, and got our AC back up and running. He also said he would get someone out asap if the fix he suggested didn’t take. Thankfully it did. Very easy people to deal with, great service, could not recommend them enough.
I am planning to replace my AC and been researching about Daikin, which I believe AC1 heating and cooling carries on their product line. I need feedback or advise from AC1 and customers on how Daikin AC works and does it last for a long time? How much would it cost for install and Daikin system? My duct work is only about 6 years old. Ripoff. I needed 13lb of R410A freon. They wanted to charge $2000. Said they would give me a deal at $1500. You can buy a 25 lb tank for $300 (retail). I only needed half the tank - $150 of it. ....$1500....... not a profit but gouging. Yep. Call me stupid and call AC1 Heating & Cooling a ripoff. Great customer retention. Service: A/C system repair
