AC1 Heating and Cooling

After responding to a print ad, an appointment was set up a couple days later. Blake (service / sales) was very thorough in evaluating the electrical and measurements and answer all my questions. Then gave me pricing “on the spot” for three units (being up up north), I purchased the lowest priced unit.) 5 days later 2 tech’s showed up as scheduled and went straight to work with the installation. I must say I was very impressed with them. They were very respectful, attentive to my questions and worked through lunch to get the job done. Having been in the construction business and owning multiple companies I must say, they were exemplary employees. Great service, I’m very happy with them. We had a new AC and furnace installed back in October, everything was great until today, it shut off unexpectedly. Josh called me back immediately as it was after not mail hours, and he walked me through it over the phone, and got our AC back up and running. He also said he would get someone out asap if the fix he suggested didn’t take. Thankfully it did. Very easy people to deal with, great service, could not recommend them enough.

AC1 was great and very easy to work with, they were very professional and the installation was awesome Brent and Yousuell were great and very professional, cleaned entire area where work was performed.
