Overcharge of at-least $1000!!! This company takes advantage of older un-knowledgeable people that don’t know the industry even a handicap war vet! There phone after the job always goes to voicemail and you can’t leave a messages. Especially after they screwed and took advantage of my mothers lack of knowledge on the industry, and charged my mother way over what it cost to have a 50gal water heater installed over $1900 compared to $900 which was the next highest price that came even close. There are many more cheaper companies. Now they will not answer or return any calls or text. Every other plumber is cheaper, do not use this company for any maintenance of any sort. Y’all need to Come get this water heater and refund my mother her money! Someone didn’t take ethics or just failed it and has non smh do what’s right! Service: Water heater installation

I called SEVERAL places this morning (the DAY before Christmas Eve) because we woke up to NO WATER PRESSURE. Almost everyone told us they couldn't help us until next week because of the holidays. Brandon Plumbing not only was able to help us get someone out but Tim told me he would do his best to get someone out ASAP. And he did NOT disappoint. He was able to get at plumber out to my home within the hour. Tim was great at keeping me up to date on when he would be at my home. The gentleman (David) that showed up not only was right on time, very professional but he was also able to educate me on the problem that we had and what could be done to fix it. Unfortunately with our situation it had to do with our well and the unit itself was underground. They were not able to help me resolve my issue. But the fact that their customer service was above and beyond what I expected and the plumber that came out was extremely polite, professional and informative is the reason I am writing this revie

All I can say is I'm very happy With Brandon plumbing Tim who answered the phone was very nice, He knew exactly what I needed when I explained our situation I called just before 4 o'clock in the afternoon he had someone on our doorstep just before 6 PM David who provided the services was very nice and knew what he was doing I would highly recommend their services I was not disappointed they went above and beyond to help us Fix the situation Thank you Tim and David I am beyond happy And satisfied Service: Drain cleaning
