I called on a blazing afternoon in need of a/c service. After calling my own contractor whom I maintain a maintenance policy, they were unable to assist me for 2 days. I reached out to Eskimo Bros and to my surprise, were able to schedule same day, within 4 hours!! Furthermore, the telephone representative was most professional; kind, courteous and reassuring that a technician would arrive shortly. That was the news my frayed nerves needed to hear. Thereafter, a neighbor came over and found that the drain line needed to be raised. To that end, the unit came back on in 3 mins and was operating fine. Though I cancelled the service call, the prompt and detailed attention provided by Eskimo was greatly appreciated. I know where to turn in the future should the need exist. Cheers!!

I kind of inherited this awesome group of people. Eskimo Bros. was the servicing HVAC company of my home when I bought it over 3 yrs ago. The owner showed up soon after to do seasonal maintenance, and they've been my HVAC company ever since! I trust him and his team to do all of my HVAC maintenance, and just recently a repair. I wouldn't trust any other company. I feel like I know his team; they are a wonderful group of people who are honest, reliable, know what they're doing, and get the job done quickly. I've never seen a more responsive company; if you need service they are very quick to respond and take care of it. Most repair companies give you a standard 2-week turnaround to schedule; but not Eskimo Bros. Whenever I've had issues and called them, they are able to schedule me within the next few days! I don't know how they do it, but they do! The owner, Erik, is a great person to do business with, and he does everything he can to keep his customers happy and up & running.
