Well, I'm glad to say we didn't experience anything the prior reviewer did. Our new roof is fantastic! The clean-up was thorough and Chris was always available. However, we did experience a significant issue. On the first day, a nail went through our HVAC freon line in the attic. We called our AC tech who immediately came out to inspect and advised us to call Dynamic. Chris advised my husband that they are not responsible for damage within the dwelling. There's a big aluminum casing containing lines that go up from the system outside up to the attic, so common sense would say, don't nail around that area... Turned out our existing system that worked perfectly before wasn't up to par for the current replacement lines. So, another $12,000 for an entirely new AC system on top of the cost of the new roof, that we did not save for. To add insult to injury, when they came to collect payment, we had to pay an additional $1,500 for 4 more sheets of wood used to make repairs. Do your h
