Couldn't find a simple leak but I paid for the service call while the plumber was there. Several days later they left a message saying I hadn't paid and that I better pay immediately. I called them and they realized their mistake. I've asked 6 times for an invoice showing I paid since this is an investment property and the IRS requires proof of expenses. They don't return calls and when I call them they keep saying they sent it but all I got was a detailed invoice for one of their customers on Driftwood Rd I'm on Island Breeze.

So I rent from tricon American homes , and this is the company that was sent out to my house to find and fix a leak that had flooded my dining room and into my kitchen and all the way out of the house onto the back porch. The first day they came out which was the day after the leak began because they had no workers available, they tested everything and said it was a fluke, an accident, basically they didn’t know what it was causing it. So I was told by them I could then turn all of the water back on and use my appliances as I usually would. Well that following morning it was all flooded again. So I once again cleaned gallons of water out of my dining room. Dennis came today and did not introduce himself, he just knocked and walked in. He was supposed to call prior and did not do this either. He just walked in and started working on it, accompanied by a woman who also didn’t say who she was. So they look at the sink and he decides he’ll go buy a clamp, he leaves. Upon return he just let
