Butch was our project manager on a total roof replacement necessitated by Hurricane Ian. Butch is 100% the reason for my rating. We had a very rough start dealing with Platinum and were assigned 3 different project managers before we got the best in class Butch. He quickly won our trust when we were ready to find a different contractor. Butch was very thorough, took the time to explain the process, answer questions and was always responsive in a timely manner. Butch is honest and is committed to ensuring his customers are totally happy with the service. He went above and beyond his job scope...even getting in our pool to scoop out nails and shingle scraps the roofing crew should have prevented from sinking in. Platinum roofing works fast and efficiently. They contacted my insurance company to get all of the necessary claim processing done. Once the roof materials arrived, the roof was installed within two days! We love our new roof.

Platinum roofing was replacing my neighbors roof earlier this summer and I asked one of their employees (Thad) if he could take a look at mine to see if I had issues from previous hail storms and storms with high wind that appeared to have damaged shingles.
