Butch took the time to help me get the insurance company to approve my roof. He always answered my phone & texts promptly. It took me 7 months & alot of hoop jumping with the insurance company. Thank you, Butch!!

Platinum roofing was replacing my neighbors roof earlier this summer and I asked one of their employees (Thad) if he could take a look at mine to see if I had issues from previous hail storms and storms with high wind that appeared to have damaged shingles. Thad was extremely helpful and worked well with my insurance company. They quickly and professionally replaced my roof and I couldn't have been happier with their service and product.
