Josh was super-responsive, arriving just a few hours after I called him. Other companies were scheduling days away, not a few hours. The service call charge was very reasonable compared to the several companies I called. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about his job. He quickly assessed the system, found the problem, a bad capacitor on the outside unit, and fixed it. The AC works great again. Great job, really good rates, and stands by his work.
