Coastal Cooling and Heating

Had a great experience with them. I called Sunday morning @8a.m and by 8:45a.m I had a response and he was here @1145a.m. found a bad blower module. He had a used one that stayed on but got us by until the next day. And today he replaced the module with a new one that our warranty through Carrier covered. Also installed a surge protector on the blower to protect it better in the future. He also installed a UV light to help kill any mold and keep it away. He was 100% professional and responded within a very reasonable time. Almost within minutes of texting him. I will 100% be calling him again for any future needs. So we have saved his contact info. Tim and his guys did an amazing job. All of them were extremely nice and very willing to answer any questions that me or my wife had.
