Wow!! Callled as a first time customer for our refrigerator/freezer repair at 8:30 am and was offered a same day appointment between 10am - 2pm. Jeremy showed up as promised. He is an awesome young man with integrity and a great work ethic. He was able to repair the refrigerator with a compressor he had stocked on his truck. Fantastic professional men!! They took my carpet down and disposed it and a storm crashed into the car parked below. They came right out the next day and were very reasonably priced!! I will definitely be using them again!!!!!
We called Royalty Appliance to repair our deep freezer. They came out and looked at it, identified the problem (A thermostat), and gave us an estimate. As soon as the part came in the called to schedule a time to install it. They were on-time, professional and reasonably priced. The man also repaired my refrigerator door handle at no extra charge.
