My mother sat in the heat for 3 day’s waiting for them to get the part for the A/C that they needed. Then they ran behind on other jobs before finally fixing my moms A/C. The owner of the company demanded payment from me on the spot without even knowing if the unit was cooling properly and if I did not he threatened to remove the part that was just installed and leave my elderly mother sitting in the heat again. I’ve never been spoken to do poorly or treated so horribly by a supposed “professional “. Service: A/C system repair
