Great experience with this business! After calling several companies to no avail, Major Plumbing came out same day for an emergency leak and not only did Esteban do a stellar job fixing the pipe, he was fast and gave us a great price. I called Dennis at 9 am in the morning on a Monday and by 12 pm he had someone at my house. This is amazing. I am so thankful they could get to me so quickly. This is an amazing company with outstanding customer service. Super friendly and helpful. The plumber showed and explained everything to me. He was awesome. We called, waited a week for our appointment. I took the day off work to be home. Appointment at 2pm no show, no call. Finally, around 4:15 the office called my husband at work, said it would be another hour and a half. When he arrived he said the office said they tried to call both of us. This was a lie. The plumber said the parts were additional, so the quoted price of $210. Turned into $325. The shut off valve was $50. Alone. They didn't haul the old water heater off, said he would be back next day to take it away, never showed up. My husband called the office to ask if they would pick it up, lady was rude and said maybe on Monday, she hung up on my husband. they replaced it on Thursday. Will never use this place again.
