We had Chance come in and install an outlet. No issues. He was courteous and friendly and thorough. Would definitely recommend!
After paying 1700.00 for a electrical panel replacement We found several outlets not working so I called them and they send a different person out to resolve it. He was 30 mins early, as I pulled up he was leaving! Instant attitude and snarky comments - he said it couldn't possibly be because of the work they did" I explained that all the outlets worked prior to yheir service so he elevated his attitude to "are you an electrician"? I realized they were not going to stand behind their work. Today I get an emailed invoice for 90.00 for the follow-up visit. Redicillous! I have contacted the county inspector and will also file a complaint with BBB. Service: Electrical panel repair
