Several years ago had Boyd plumbing replace my gas line. While replacing gas line they cut my water pipes that went from my kitchen and laundry room when getting work on my house Boyd said it was from roots but that was untrue. I contacted the owner or manager he sent his guys out to fixed problem that they made which would have required them to replace the pipes that they damage, they came covered the hole I dig up to have me think they fixed the problem but they did not. Now of course with a crack in the water line roots, grass have taken over. They do not value there business or customers and I will never use them again. I should have dig hole back up. On time, friendly, professional, fast, and competent. Complete new kitchen faucet replacement and 2 minor toilet flow adjustments all within an hour.
