I have used M3 on two different occasions now. Once for my pool heat pump and today for my home A/C. Both time they responded quickly, showed up they said they would, and got my equipment back online in no time. I will use M3 when it comes time to replace my current equipment. We contacted Matt for AC repair. He responded to our home VERY quickly, was able to fix the problem while here on the 1st visit, had the parts we needed……on hand, and our unit has been working like a charm ever since. He is extremely polite and knowledgeable….we think so highly of him that we even recently referred him to our local UPS store… of which he has now fixed their issue too. Last but not least, they offer a military discount which is such a nice gesture. My husband is a veteran and it was great to see a local company giving back to our military.
