I should first state I don't really ever give out 5 stars so you really gotta change my life or teach me something I didn't know to earn that. With that said. Here is an honest review. From the start, I was a little apprehensive, after there was no answer to the phone number between 9-10 am. I did not leave a message. However, I received a call back less than an hour later from someone who called themselves Joe. They asked if I still needed service, I explained the situation and he said Marsha would call me soon and get me in the list. I received a call within a reasonable amount of time and was scheduled for 12-4pm the same day. The service tech was polite and courteous. I explained the problem and they went above and beyond and did a full service on the unit outside and checked a very hard to reach unit in an attic crawl space. After cleaning the pan and flushing the drip line, the air was blowing much cooler and keeping up with thermostat. He even cut and extended my drip line furt
