My 5-year-old water heater flooded last night. I called Affordable Air & Plumbing and they told me they would send someone out first thing this morning. Although they offered a window of 2 hours, Alex called to let me know when he was 30 minutes out so I could expect him. He was friendly and professional. He described the issue to me in plain terms, told me his next steps, and clearly communicated best and worst case scenarios. Then he quickly set about finding a replacement. He surprised me by determining my water heater was still under warranty, saving me valuable money! Within an hour, he brought me a new appliance and set to work replacing the old one. He even took extra steps to improve the pipes and valves! Then he gave me an important lesson in home ownership, explaining how to service the appliance to ensure it lasts. I was very impressed with Alex’s demeanor, his communication, and his work. On top of that, it really was AFFORDABLE, costing me much less than my neighbors indic

My AC went out on Friday while I was out-of town and noticed it on my phone app. I called Affordable Air and Plumbing for service after reading prior reviews. Tyler (The AC Technician) was able to come out and thoroughly investigate the problem and fix it right away. He also made sure everything was okay and that my house was cooling before leaving.
