They installed a new roof for us last year. I’ll have you know. That we’re literally one of the very very few people here that ended up with zero issues from hurricane Ian far as the roof goes. Lost a lot of soffits. But roof held up like a boss. My area was hit very badly. We took a lot of damage. But hey, roof in perfect condition. Even some of my neighbors new roofs didn’t hold up. Roof smart replaced our roof, soffit, fascia and gutters after hurricane Ian. It was a very difficult time to find good vendors and Roof Smart were responsive and helpful the whole way through. They were honest, straightforward and delivered on the date that they stated. Their price was very competitive and fair and the quality of work excellent. Highly recommended.

We contacted Roof Smart after a bad experience with another roofer. Knowing the history with our last roofer, Johnny came out to do the initial visit and walk through on our roof with us. Discussed the replacement, gutter, adding more roof vents, etc. They provided us an estimate that was realistic, detailed as to what will be done, a timeline, and color samples from the supplier. Roof Smart was on target with the timeline. They notified us when: dumpster delivery/material delivery/tear off/inspections/re roof. Johnny made another visit to our job during the construction process to assure everything was going smooth. Their crews cleaned up every day and friendly. Roof Smart is a local family business that has been working hard in our community for many years! Our roof is complete and looks beautiful!
