We were very satisfied with Allstate Exteriors. Our new roof looks beautiful. Todd Camron came out to our house to explain everything to us about getting a new roof. Todd is so nice and very knowledgeable. He kept us informed of what was going on. In the office Rochelle was so helpful. It was such a pleasure doing business with them. I had a Public adjuster tell me my roof needs replaced. I called Allstate Exteriors on Saturday who responded to my call immediately. No other roofing companies I called did. I spoke to Teresa who booked me an appointment for my roof to be evaluated the following Monday, time was of the essence. I was relieved and appreciated Teresa understood I was anxious and needed it evaluated asap. Austin was on time for our scheduled appointment today! Took the time to sit down to show me the photos he took and gave me his honest opinion, my roof does not need replaced, its one of the best roofs he's seen in the neighborhood since Ian.
