Arrived in Naples from Ohio only to find that our AC wasn’t working and forecast of 90 or above for our visit. Called at 9am, had a repairman here by 11am and he had the AC working by noon. Joe was our repairman, very polite and professional, extremely knowledgable, took care to cover his boots before coming in, cleaned everything up when he was done.
