We have been customers of comfort zone for decades. We have always valued their professionalism and quick response to our AC needs. Today was no exception. Our technician Chris K. was dedicated to giving us the best possible service. We cannot thank him enough for his attention to detail and the extra effort he put forth to leave us as very satisfied customers. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Bought 2 A/C units from them. Also bought contract for service. Ian was the reason for second one. They promised to honor my contract and wait until my home was done to do service.(still under construction). They said no problem would service once the place was livable.Then all of a sudden I get a call fro them my contract expired. Talked to the head of service and he said he can't control" acts of nature "and NO they would not come over. How about a refund? so disappointed in the local Fort Myers company I have been using for years to drop me after promising to be there for me when my destroyed homer would be completed. Yes, it was an act of nature that obviously this Cape Coral company is unaware has many still without a place to live. How disrespectful to all of us who lost everything in this awful hurricane.
