Have used SW twice. Can’t be more pleased with quality of service received. Both Joe and Eric were professional in appearance and thoroughly knowledgeable. They both arrived early and performed their service in a way I would expect of an HVAC technician, but have yet to experience with other companies I have used. Yes, our AC unit is old, but their objective was to service our unit and not to sell me a new unit. They were recommended to me by someone in the home service industry and I would recommend them to anyone who asks Service: HVAC system maintenance

Poor service and over priced. They came to the house charged a $165.00 service call fee. I was told my blowing motor needed replaced and was it would cost $1,350.00 to make the repair. I was told they would check to see availability. NEVER CALLED ME BACK. Seems all they wanted was to collect the $165.00 service fee. I found another company to replace the motor for under $600.00 and was installed within 2 hours of calling the different business!

My ac went out about 3 or 4 am. I contacted Southwest at around 7 am and my house was cool by around 930 am the same day! Who does that? SOUTHWEST HEATING AND COOLING.
