Your company has been out here 3 times and you’v never missed a beat! You schedule timing is phenomenal! Within 1-3 days you’re here, investigate the problem, diagnose it and repair it! The last two times the problem was remedied and taken care of within 45 mins to an hour! Mike who was here this time had it all taken care of within and hour! He was great! Almost 20 years ago, Mike came down to Indian River County to install a new Rheem A/C for me after a Hurricane. The A/C is still working. I've never had any maintenance done to it. All I've done is change out the filters regularly and put some white vinegar through the drain line once in awhile. I just wanted to say thanks to Rheem and Mike.
