We started using this company around 7 years ago. They are by far the best company I have ever done business with. They are legit experts! Although they arrive when expected, they didn't charge as expected. Twice since we started using them they didn't even charge us for the service call as it was a quick fix or they just showed me what the issue was so I wouldnt need to call the next time it happened. One of the best things about them was they take the time to actually talk to you to explain the issue and what our options are and why!

We have been loyal clients of B & G Air Specialists for over a decade, with 110% satisfaction the entire time. This family-owned company has always made us feel like we are their only customer. For example, our A/C stopped working on a Saturday night during the busy Christmas season. The next morning, owner Glen was at our home, found and fixed the malfunctioning wire, and refused payment for a Sunday morning visit. You just can't find honest, expert service like that anywhere. UPDATE: Came out super early today and fixed our air! Jacob was so awesome, he knew exactly what needed to be done and we are so thankful. My air went out because of the it being clogged due to filtration, Jacob came out again and fixed it right away! He even let my 2 year old son help him do it and he loved it.
