????????????????????We needed a professional plumber to find the leak in our bathroom. WE WERE CHARGED $200 FOR NOTHING!!! Water was definitely rising from the from the floor, and we were not sure of the source (sink, toilet or shower). On April 4, 2023, the plumber arrived late. He detached the shower fixture and said that he could NOT FIND THE SOURCE OF THE LEAK. Then he reattached the shower fixture upside-down or backwards, so that the hot and cold water came out of the opposite/wrong sides. The plumber said there is nothing he can do, CHARGED $200 AND LEFT. My husband had to re-install the shower fixtures correctly. AGAIN, WE WERE CHARGED $200 FOR THE PLUMBER TO DO NOTHING! ???????????????????? AND, this is NOT a bogus review. Please see the business card left at our house.
