FANATASTIC experience with Spectrum. The electrician was very efficient and thorough with the job. We got a new light fixture in our pantry and Alex walked us through all our options. When he was done with the installation, he troubleshooted it to make sure it was working exactly the way we wanted it. Before he left, he cleaned the area he was working in. Called needing service today was first told there were no appointments available. They called back telling me they did have a tech available. They sent out the amazing Jason who was kind and efficient and very friendly. Every step was explained and the job was done with the upmost professionalism.
