Bay Breeze called me when they had a cancellation and got to my house early in the morning. Zach was very professional and explained exactly what was wrong. He saved us a lot of money and I will be using them for any future issues. Also, he was so good with my dog, a major plus!!

Bay Breeze's service technician, Rob, did an exemplary job in correctly diagnosing a difficult problem. In so doing he kept me from having a $1,200 repair made that was based on a misdiagnosis by another technician. Had that repair been made, it would not have solved the problem. Instead, Rob contacted the manufacturer's tech support to get the information he needed to correctly diagnose the problem. Turned out that the compressor needed replacing due to a faulty DC solenoid that was located inside the compressor casing. Because our unit had a lifetime warranty on the compressor, Rob contacted the manufacturer's customer support and arranged for a completely new outdoor unit to be installed. So, instead of paying $1,200 for a replacement part that would not have fixed anything, I paid a $750 labor charge and got a brand new outside unit installed. THANK YOU, ROB! So thankful for Bay Breeze Air Conditioning and Heating!! After experiencing a sub-par heating and air company, it is refreshing to know that there are still companies with integrity. They definitely don't scrimp on the customer service and that's a vibe all on its own. My system stopped working and another company gave me a diagnosis that just didn't seem right. I called Bay Breeze for a second opinion. Rob came out to take a look at my system, he quickly diagnosed issues the other company missed and he saved me money!! If Rob hadn't saved the day, the other company would have replaced a part that wasn't bad and I would've had additional unneeded expenses. He took his time to show me the issue and patiently explain options that wouldn't break the bank. Bay Breeze definitely cares about their customers and it shows. Two thumbs up, I highly recommend.
