I have used them on six of my rentals and they have always performed up to customer expectations . I will use them in the future and continue to recommend them to family and friends . We contracted with Community Roofing because we knew of two other projects that they completed in our community. We were told if we contracted with them we would have to wait 6 to 7 months. After Hurricane Ion they were overwhelmed. They took the calls and the jobs in the order that they received them. I can tell you we are totally pleased with their work and their follow up. The roof and gutters were great. There were a few small items we noticed after they left. I called and Mike had his maintenance crew out the very next week. I will recommend them to anyone. Today we were visited by a team of "angels" in yellow shirts from Community Roofing. I am not exaggerating to say that what they managed to do was nothing short of a miracle. Not only did they give us a fair price estimate, but they managed to get the entire job done within 2 weeks of signing the contract. They were polite, efficient, and communicated with us every step of the way. We thought there was no way that we could get our roof replaced in time to salvage our homeowner's insurance The new roof looks absolutely beautiful.
