Carr Air Conditioning & Heating

CHRIS was AWESOME. My son, dog, and me were MISERABLE as our A/C went out and we didn't get much sleep in this unbearable heat. This is a review for Carr Air Conditioning & Heating. This is our second experience with having Carr Air Conditioning & Heating service our HVAC system. During April 2023, we had a plugged drain line associated with the condensate drain and the AC was turning off. Chris from Carr AC & Heating arrived early in the morning after we had sent a note the day before that we were having AC issues. Chris did a thorough review and installed a ¾ ball valve on the drain which caused the AC to work. The next day an additional blockage in the drain occurred that needed attention. Chris came to check out the situation. Chris investigated and discovered that the condensate drain pipe had been buried outside, and that the condensate liquid was not able to adequately drain from the pipe. We got a shovel and dug the pipe out as it was buried 4 inches deep in the ground. Had all ducts in my home replaced by them. Would 100% recommend them and use them again. Kevin is great to work with and their pricing was very competitive, can’t ask for anything more than that.
