JC Roofing and Construction IS THE BEST roofing company I have ever worked with. And when I say WORK with, I mean this IS the company I chose to use on my home after researching and speaking with numerous Roofing companies in SW Florida. I am an adjuster in Florida (20yrs) and have worked over 12 hurricanes in from Texas to Florida. Unfortunately, I have also personally been directly impacted by 3 of them in Port Charlotte. Hurricane Charley in 2004, Hurricane Ian in 2017, and Hurricane Ian in 2022. Needless to say, I have had to replace 3 different roofs personally, and have inspected 1000's of roofs over the last 23 Years. I have personally met and dealt with roofing companies from Texas(hurricanes), Louisiana (hurricane), Georgia (hurricanes), Florida (hurricanes), Indiania (hailstorms), and Illinois (hailstorms). Contacted them to inspect, received call saying they'd come to estimate, BUT THAT WAS IT! Called again,, but no answer. If they didn't want job or have time, fine & just say so. Bad business practice! UPDATE 7/23/2023- received call today apologizing for not replying back in June. Understand scheduling issues can happen & thus upgrade to two-star. Wish it had worked out better.
