They came out for the special AC maintenence. My unit hasn't had any issues but I was talked into getting additional service to the tube of poverty$600. Now, my air conditioner fan won't shut off. Called them 3x's. They assured me the tech would call me and it would be taken cate of. It's a week later and nothing. Worse service ever!!! Service: A/C system maintenance

Beware and check other reviews before deciding on a new ac. Last week of May 2023 a technician arrived on time. I believe his name was (Quinton) and he was very polite and looked at my unit and mentioned that I needed a new 2 ton unit. (RTU) (roof top unit). I'm in a 8 level condo bldg. When we sat down and he prefaced his sales pitch with I'll be honest with you, the cost jumped significantly in the last couple years. He quoted $8900.00 for a ten year warranty unit, or $9800.00 for a transferable plan should we sell our unit. When I enquired about the price, he once again said he'd be honest with me and we would be getting an American made Amana brand and to be honest it was expensive. At that point I told him he sounded like a car salesman. Then he said we would need to pay an additional $350.00 for a crane because it wouldn't fit through the roof top door.
