A new Trane A/C Heat Pump system was installed after the removal of the old system which was damaged by an electrical surge. The old system was also a Trane product, but at its age it was too expensive to justify the repair costs. The clean, neat and knowledgeable employees were right on time, installed the equipment quickly and efficiently, but they did not cut any corners either. This system so far works very well, and we also purchased the extended 10 year warranty program that covers all parts and labor repair. We had accessory electrical surge protectors installed on both the condensing unit and the air handler for better protection.
