I just wanted to pass along this information. What a pleasure and what a night and day difference it was in dealing with STRATEGIC ROOFING. They reached out almost immediately, and continued to keep me up to date with how it was proceeding and getting my job pushed forward in their schedule. From Taylor in their office doing the scheduling, and speaking with me over the phone with professionalism, to John their field supervisor contacting me to come out and walk the job to ensure what the details would be, to their 6 person crew that showed up on time, in uniform and in a company logoed vehicle, with all the required material needed to complete the required scope of work in a timely manner, to the clean-up of the jobsite as to never know they were there. It was a completely stress-free altercation, let alone that they seemed to properly remove the prior shotty work and replace to better than it was prior. Brian with strategic roofing returned my call within an hour, got me quoted the next day, made me laugh amidst sobbing and assured me they would be able to accommodate the timeline. Everything was so easy, affordable, and stress free! The team got permits, contract, and materials executed/delivered within 8 days and the job done in 12 hours (my house is small) even with the replacement of my skylights and the wood that was needed same day to bring my house to code.
