Velocity is very responsive when you call & have an issue. They get repairs done timely and affordable prices too. Our unit needed to be replaced and that went as smooth and simple as one could hope for. The young men showed up on time, were courteous, communicated what the process would be and even finished a little sooner than the allotted time! Shane and his helper did an excellent job! They're also mindful careful and all what they did. My new system is great! Also I forgot this but call the memorial day next day. Got a new system. Brandon also helped me diagnose and with my system and came out of memorial day and also I got a call back that day to get the system replaced. I'm all done now cuz of 1:00 p.m. today awesome!
