Thanks, Jaylin! Last year Apex Plumbing replaced all our old cast iron pipes that were causing major plumbing issues in our building and they did that with limited space to work. Today, we had an issue with water backing up into our toilets and we called them. Jaylin came out and checked out the pipes and verified there were no issues. He was on time and very professional and courteous. On top of that, there was no charge as the work is still under warranty. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing commercial or residential plumbing service. These guys are GREAT! I called Apex and was kindly greeted by Alex, who was very professional. She was able to schedule a same-day visit and let me know that someone would be at my house between 2-4PM. I received a call from Wesley at 2PM and he let me know his ETA. He arrived on time and was able to fix my plumbing issue within 30 minutes. He was very kind, professional, and efficient.
