JR (Floyd) is a great technician that took the time to really review my unit to see what was wrong. He was the third technician we had come out in the last two months and he thoroughly reviewed our unit to identity what was causing the issue. He’s friendly, provides excellent customer service, and I hope I can get him as the technician should I need anymore support in the future. He’s a 5 star technician! ???????????????? Michael and Frank did a phenomenal job updating an old house with an entirely new electrical system. They paid attention to detail, made very good suggestions and made sure to update me with progress every day. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend either of these gentlemen for any electrical services. Services: Fan installation, Ground wire installation, Electrical wiring installation, Light fixture installation, Electrical outlet & switch relocation, Electrical panel replacement or upgrading, Electrical outlet & switch repair, Electrical fixture installation, Electrical outlet & switch installation
the gentleman did a visual inspection and did not check with tools and voltage. no part replacement. he told me that he replaced a capacitor when it was wrong. I even asked Micheal to check the UV lamp. fortunately I noticed that the UV lamp was defective which I had replaced by one that I had already bought. he told me that everything is guaranteed and if there were any problems to contact you again. I find these comments inappropriate.
