Daniel was so helpful, patient and guided me without pressuring me to buy what I didn’t really need but made Sayre I was aware of my options! I am very impressed with how quickly he got a new water heater installed. It was leaking at 1230 pm this afternoon and just finished installing a brand new one! As a landlord for the property, my biggest concern is the tenants and Daniel helped insure they had water before the end of the day! Thank you so much for working well with me being out of the state. Dakota was a great tech and did quality work. He is truly an asset to the company and he is not only great at his job, he’s very personable. I didn’t give 5 stars only because of the price. They charged me $400 for a $30 part on Amazon and the total for installing a float switch and installing a new thermostat I had already bought online was almost $800 total. Luckily they had a veterans discount so I got it for just under $700 total which is still an outrageous price for a float switch and thermostat install. 5 stars for service and tech and like 1 star for value.
