We want to commend the exceptional service we received today. It was a small emergency for my 85 year old mom as her air conditioner went out. Carlos and Dillan made room on their schedule for us and took care of the problem. They did not have to do that but they did. My mom thinks you young men are the cat’s meow. Purchased an air conditioner from air pros. Recently went to use the heat and it wouldn't turn on. I don't use air pros for service because I had problems with them in the past and now use air around the clock. After inspection the technician told me that the high voltage cables were never connected when air conditioner was installed. Called air pros so they could fix the mistake that they made. Spoke with the general manager who was extremely nasty on the phone and stated that they would not fix it because he believes that air around the clock removed all the wires. This is unacceptable please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. They are extremely unprofessional. Now my pets and small children will be without heat.
