A couple years ago we got a new Trane AC from All Year Cooling. We purchased the warranty as well to insure ourselves of any future issues. Fast-forward to 3 days ago (Tuesday). Our AC went out and we called to have a technician come out to fix the issue. The tech was backed up and did not make it to our house until about 10/11pm. No problem, we are patient people, and our technician was honestly great. He patched up the AC temporarily until we could get the new part necessary the following day. Wednesday came around and after calling to get an update on when they would be coming to replace the part, we were told the new tech would not be making it, but we would be the first call of the day on Thursday. Again, super patient. My husband took the day off to be home as he was told they would be there between 10am-1pm. It is now past 3pm and we were told that the tech is tied up on another call.
