I called Reliable AC in Coral Springs and spoke with the owner, Steve, to have my two units serviced for their biannual maintenance. He connected me with the office and Inalio came out the following day. After looking at both my units, Inalio told me that I needed both units flushed, both coils cleaned and 2 lbs of refrigerant in each unit (which is a lot especially with no leaks). The price came out to about $1,300 which is quite high for a service, but I was told this is what was needed so I went with it. Within a few days of Inalio coming out, one of my Carrier condensers died. I called them out again and was sent Jon, who said he was the supervisor. He told me that the condenser had died and that it had nothing to do with the previous visit but that it was instead a coincidence. To replace the unit, it would cost about $3,500 on top of the $1,300 that I paid them the week prior.
