We had a full AC system replaced. Casey made the process of choosing a new unit and coordinating the installation easy and pleasant. Adam and Jeff did a great job on the installation. All they were on time, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing and answered all my question. Office staff are always responsive to needs. Technicians are capable and well informed. Our technician today was Adam. Diagnosed our problem quickly, clearly explained what happened and told us how to avoid it in the future. And all the time being very patient with our yappy dog. AMI is the place to go for AC needs.
