We had a full AC system replaced. Casey made the process of choosing a new unit and coordinating the installation easy and pleasant. Adam and Jeff did a great job on the installation. All they were on time, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing and answered all my question. Great experience from start to finish, and at a great price. Adam was on time and efficient. He was courteous and took the time to explain the maintenance that would be needed in the future with no pressure for unnecessary work.
So we got this air unit installed 2 years ago. It was a disaster from the beginning. I complained and it’s broken down a few times. Also they destroyed part of the upper area of the connection area and I need to get that fixed. I HATE writing bad reviews but AVOID this company all you can. I hate to write this but since it was installed it’s been broken at least 5-6 times and now there’s a roach issue thanks to the poor workmanship. American Home shield has come to fix it a few times but they left duct tape on the fan and it seems that the unit may have been used prior to when we bought it. Absolutely awful.
