I called on a Monday and was scheduled for Wednesday. I took the day off to wait for the electrician. I didn't hear from anyone at Code 1 as of 11:00 am so I called them. The Owner said he "just got in" and "would check with the technician to see when he was coming." At 1:30 pm, I called back. Someone answered the phone and hung up immediately. I called back and was sent to voicemail (twice). At 2:00 pm, I received a call from the technician who told me he couldn't make it and the next available date would be five (5) days later. Over the next few hours, I called back the main number but the owner kept sending me to voicemail. No way I would ever recommend this company and their horrible customer service!
Baldwin and Ricky is amazing they did a great job fixing my electrical issues look no further please use code 1 electric and you won’t regret it at all very professional and very great at what they do thank you code 1 electric.
