I searched high and low for someone reputable to give me a realistic estimate to install a new tankless and replace my old one. Big box store sent someone who tried to hard sell me on something I didn’t want. Enter Luis. He came recommended by another store and had perfect reviews. He showed up the next day gave me a fair quote and I accepted. He came the same week did a great job and what took me 6 months of painful process Luis ended in a few days. I’m grateful to him. He did the work cleanly and efficiently and the product is superior. A++
