not professional. they didn't show up for estimate. I called multiple times.
The handyman came and did his job, however, he over charged us, it was an hour and a half and he charged more than two hours for a simple job that I think he even worked slower on purpose. He didn't even erase the marks on the wall and he left. He used different rates than the ones they offer, when we talked with him he said he did not work by the hour, so I don't understand why the company has rates. I called back and complained and they have the WORST Customer service ever. I will definitely not recommend and will not use the service again.
We are writing this review with love and hapyness in our heart, as we are so greatful to this company for having executed an amazing renovation in our house. there are not enough words to praise them in all aspects. Just try them.
