Charged for coming out and stating on the bill what I had stated on my complaint . Trims for recess lighting was removed and spring was broken and never placed back. Leak was never found and a draft of further inspection needed with 2 technicians. Basically came out to say they need 2 techs to fully diagnose problem. Charged for 150. No further follow up for said 2 techs or recommended diagnostics were done. Was able to hire other plumbing company for thorough diagnostics and repair. Service: Plumbing leak detection

Very pleased with Joe Cole Plumbing. They were prompt to find the leak in the wall, fixed it, and communicated with us throughout the process. The leak was a pipe connector to our hot water heater.

These folks came out 3 times. Some of their work was mediocre at best and one job was left uncompleted. The technician blamed the new faucet. It must be defective. He told me to buy yet another new one. They charged all 3 times that they came (there's a fee just to show up!) and weren't able to complete the job properly. Two sinks continued to leak in the cabinet below. Yesterday I hired a plumber with 40+ years of experience. He fixed the issue in under 10 minutes and told me to return the replacement faucet I had purchased. "Get your money back," he said. "There was nothing wrong with the faucet. They just didn't know what they were doing." I couldn't have agreed more!
