George the mechanic was great. No BS came in did the work worked clean and then we shook hands and he left. The way it should be. Thank you.
Charged for coming out and stating on the bill what I had stated on my complaint . Trims for recess lighting was removed and spring was broken and never placed back. Leak was never found and a draft of further inspection needed with 2 technicians. Basically came out to say they need 2 techs to fully diagnose problem. Charged for 150. No further follow up for said 2 techs or recommended diagnostics were done. Was able to hire other plumbing company for thorough diagnostics and repair. Service: Plumbing leak detection
We came across Je Cole Plumbing by chance when we needed a plumber and we came across one of their trucks. We reached out to them and made an appointment for the next day. They were here on time, did a superb job and charged a reasonable amount for the work. One item had to be tidied up and they came back the next business day. Customer service is outstanding and we highly recommend them. Service: Faucet installation
