Just a great company all around! This is the third time they have saved me, the first being on New Year's Eve. They have always been very professional, On-time, and more than fair with their pricing. Thank you to the whole team for always having our back!
Very pleased with Joe Cole Plumbing. They were prompt to find the leak in the wall, fixed it, and communicated with us throughout the process. The leak was a pipe connector to our hot water heater.
Charged for coming out and stating on the bill what I had stated on my complaint . Trims for recess lighting was removed and spring was broken and never placed back. Leak was never found and a draft of further inspection needed with 2 technicians. Basically came out to say they need 2 techs to fully diagnose problem. Charged for 150. No further follow up for said 2 techs or recommended diagnostics were done. Was able to hire other plumbing company for thorough diagnostics and repair. Service: Plumbing leak detection
