R&J PLUMBING AND BACKFLOW SERVICES

This review is not about the company's actual work -- because they haven't come out to do any work! I did not choose them. They were assigned to me by my home warranty company (unfortunately). I called my warranty company to report a claim for a leaky toilet. Very simple job. A plumber came out to my house on 9/9 to do an assessment and told me that the insides of the toilet tank need to be replaced. I have tried calling R&J to follow up. First, nobody answers the phone. It always goes straight to voicemail. Second, the message for the voicemail is someone's personal phone message.... not a company name. So unprofessional. Other times I've called the voicemail is full and I cannot even leave a message! When I finally got through I was told that R&J was waiting on approval from my warranty company. WRONG! They approved it, and while I was on the phone with the warranty company weeks ago, they tried to call R&J -- but nobody answered the phone. I tried to call R&J with the w

I had the pleasure recently of using R&J Plumbing for some immediate needs that I was having issues finding someone who could act right away. When I called, I was surprised to find the owner fielding the phone call. Giselle was very friendly and reacted to my issue with swift action. Her technician arrived and performed the job required. I received a follow up call shortly after the service, yet again, from the owner ensuring my needs were met and to let me know they are here when we need them. Highly recommend. I had a massive leak in my home. I called this company and they showed up within 30 minutes of original call and they stopped the leak. They were able to repair the pipes in the house within 2 days . They rerouted the pipes via attic to save me the hassle of cutting up all my floor and spending more money . All the other companies I called did not give me this option as a repair.
