I used Ace electrical to get a 220V outlet installed for my EV. Other electrical services that I contacted always wanted to come over and tried to sell other services but Cory from Ace asked me to text him a picture of the panel and then sent me the quote right away, which was cheaper than what I got from other services. Next day, Taylor showed up at time and put the outlet professionally. There was a small issue that I pointed out for which Cory texted me and told me that Taylor would come again to take care of that, which he did. I'm quite happy and satisfied with their service. I contracted with Ace Electric for a new generator installation after having a word of mouth recommendation from a local gas company. Cory was extremely responsive by both text and phone call. He would always answer right away or call me back shortly thereafter. He was polite, patient, and friendly while managing to get my job scheduled quickly. The electricians arrived on time and despite having to leave early due to an emergency, returned back when they said they would and completed the job. Taylor is a very talented and capable electrician. He was polite, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Taylor got the job done quickly and with precision. The price for the generator installation was very reasonable given the level of service that I received. I am truly very happy with the level of care and service that I received.
